January 9th... a date to remember

Ok it was 50 + degrees outside, I was home with the boys so we ....headed outside! It was beautiful and sunny.... the boys yelled "PARK" all the way there! So cute, complete with their new Wisconsin Badger hats....thanks Auntie Christine! I think that this weather will never happen again for a long time.... it is almost time for two little boys to turn 2 and there is no snow on the ground this is crazy!

I missed my photo op at rainforst cafe.... Gramma and Grumpy joined us for the Underwater World and dinner. Nathan loved the thunderstorm... Ben was a little more unsure... The huge fish tanks were their favorite!

We also had our annual Kassekert/Odeen Christmas Party.

Break went WAY too fast and today I was back to school for J Term.... kind of a bummmer but the quicker we get done with school the sooner life will return to normal! The boys were wonderful over the Christmas holiday and when all was said and done they had a little readjusting to do however I think we just may have our routine back! For those of you that we missed over break bare with us....

11 Month and the craziness will be over :)

The Newest Utech Twins

It seems that this year has been the year of new little siblings.... we will not be having one of those at our house any time soon. However, they love babies and love to look at babies, give them pacifiers and hold them. Their friend Lilah gave them a very special Christmas gift...babies! They love them!

Happy 2012!

Happy New Year to everyone! We had a wonderful and busy 2011 and we look forward to what 2012 will bring for our family. Brent and I couldn't help but reminisce about new years 2010... the new years we spent in the hospital waiting patiently as Nathan and Benjamin grew. We have come a very long way from that hospital room. Our fears of what being parents... especially parents of preemie twins have some what faded and we now just live our "normal" life! We have been so blessed and even on the tough days when we are tired we can't help but smile at these two little balls of fire with their funny little voices and their big blue eyes filled with love and curiosity! Cheers to a wonderful new year... may 2012 bless all of those we love most!
