Summer Fun: Part 2

Science Museum: We have loved having our membership this year!  Nathan and Benjamin love science and could spend hours and hours exploring the museum!  They also loved the Space exhibit.  We also wanted to spend a fun day with our friends before everyone heads back to school!

We have had such a fun summer at our friends The Schwager's pool!  They invited us over for one last pre- kindergarten party and as always the kids swam ALOT and the adults enjoyed each others company!!!

Benjamin and Nathan got brave enough to jump off the diving board without life jackets.... their skills far out weigh their "guts".... it was fun to see them do what I know they can!  

Tennis Lessons: the boys took tennis lessons at the courts in our park!!!  It was so great to walk down the path to tennis lessons!  They really liked it... we have been playing as a family now!

Allison got this cute tennis outfit from a family friend that teaches tennis lessons!  So cute!

We spent lots of time at the park this summer.... this night Eva joined us too!

Benjamin LOVES his "scooter bike"... he put so many miles on this scooter this summer!

Allie and Brenna turned one... so we took a trip to Rochester to celebrate!

Minnehaha Falls!  We try and make it to the falls at least once a summer!  We got there early and spent a few hours exploring and hiking and playing in the water!

Lake Elmo Beach:  We love Lake Elmo beach and park and have gone multiple times this summer!  When I was little we went to Lake Elmo beach with the Odeen family.... now Katie and I bring the boys at least once a summer!  The boys love to play with each other... and now Allie joins right in. 

MN Zoo:  We have been lucky this summer to see LOTS of the Nohners and Leonards!  The perk of having teacher friends.... they are available all summer!  It was great!

Nelson's Ice Cream:  I think this was the coldest day of summer... but the plan was in place so off we went!!!  Nathan picked Superman Ice cream!!!

This summer was so much fun and we really have made the most of each day that we have had off together!
