This was the 3rd year that we have gone to "Big Truck Day" in Woodbury. The boys are currently OBSESSED with Fire trucks and fireman Sam so for a week before this event every morning the boys would ask "Big truck day today????" Well it was finally big truck day.... while no one wanted to cooperate and take pictures.... the joy of the event still shines through! The hit of the day was the fire trucks and gear!!!! They even got to meet the real fire man Sam... aka Fireman Matt:) We ran into a bunch of our friends and climbed and explored all the trucks... what a morning!

The plow truck was there too... maybe this winter we will actually have some snow so that we can see this plow in action!
The excavator.... mama always calls it a backhoe... still not really sure what the difference is?
Fire Family
Nathan was climbing the back of the firetruck when two reporters from the Woodbury Bulletin and Stillwater Gazette approached us to take Nathan's name and a photo of him... maybe he will make the papers????

We finally found our friends Ben and Norah.... Nathan was looking for them all day!
We then headed to the Pine Tree Apple Orchard. It was the place to be on a perfect fall day! The colors were changing... beautiful!

What a day... not sure about Nathan and Benjamin but mom and dad were exhausted by the time we got home. Mom enjoyed her favorite thing after the boys went to bed.... a CARMEL APPLE! Yummy!
Happy Fall... probably my favorite time of the year!... especially when the weather is beautiful!
